Welcome to Simplifying Home where you'll find listings of items we are selling in order to downsize for our move in the Spring of 2015.  These are items we've purchased for ourselves/home and no longer have a need or use for them in our home or most likely I've found something else I liked better.  You can thank my ADD personality for that one.

We add items weekly so check back often to see what new goodies we've added or simply keep current with our progress you can like us on facebook to get notifications on our updates or when we'll be at the flea market set up.

Furniture Vintage and Household [FVH]
This group is a collection of items from 1970s and older along with any era furniture.  This group has 5000+ members and it's very busy, but if you like vintage items, reside or visit the Lancaster / Ephrata area, and wouldn't mind meeting a great group of ladies and gents then it's a great group to join.
